The packaging was solid, and nothing arrived squashed or damaged. That said, I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality of the product itself, so I’ll have to see how it holds up.

I had a really smooth order with Milk Run. The driver messaged me when he was nearby and mentioned there was a bit of traffic, which was helpful because I couldn’t tell if it had been 10 minutes or half an hour by that point. Either way, it was super simple and I didn’t have to sit there guessing where my stuff was. I’d definitely use it again.

I’ve used Milk Run a few times and the delivery side of it is definitely convenient. That said, my last order was a bit disappointing when it came to the fruit and veg. The bananas were bruised and the lettuce was already starting to go brown. The milk was totally fine, but I don’t really want to pay extra for produce that feels like it needed to be used the day before. I’d probably still use it for basics, but I’ll avoid ordering fresh items again just to be safe.

I used milkrun yesterday the delivery tracking was great. I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to keep guessing when my order would show up, so being able to see exactly where it was the whole time made a big difference. The time kept updating properly and the driver arrived right when it said they would. Made the whole thing way less frustrating. 5 stars from me.

Checkout was quick for the most part. I was thinking, okay, this is going better than expected, and then the payment page lagged a little. Not a huge deal, but I did have that brief moment of wondering if it was actually going through. Overall, mostly easy

Maybe I’m a little biased because I really like a good deal, but the promos here always look great at first and then somehow barely ever apply when I’m checking out. It’s frustrating when you think you’re saving money and the discount just doesn’t show up.

The app kept making it look like the rider was close, then the arrival time would suddenly push out again, which got frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but when the whole point is fast delivery, it feels like poor value if it doesn’t actually arrive quickly.

I ordered a few groceries from Milk Run the delivery part was totally fine, but the fresh stuff let it down. The bananas had those soft brown bruises right near the stem and along one side, and the fruit in general just looked a bit tired, like it had been sitting around too long. The salad bag was the worst part, when I opened it, the leaves near the bottom were already damp and a little slimy, which is always such an annoying detail to notice when you’ve just paid delivery prices. Maybe I just got an unlucky batch, but for the cost I expected the produce to be fresher. I’d probably avoid using them again for fruit and salad.
